THe Company was awarded the ISO9001-2000 system certificate for quality management in April 2005; in 2006, it constructes in Chungkang Export Processing Zone a fully closed plant, which was designed and built in compliance with the requirements of the management systems GMP and HACCP.( Awarded the ISO22000：2005 system certificate in August 2008 )
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice, is an autonomous management system which focus on product quality and hygienic safety in the process. HACCP stands for "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points" also meaning "assessment, and control method for the risk of hazards"; it is currently recoanized as the world's most effective system in protecting food safety. In the new plant, for the raw materials of the film, product and semi-finished products,the cylinders, and the aging warehouse, the auto storage/retrieve system is used; for resind and solvents, the auto meterage & piping system is used; and in the process workplace, the easy handling cars with air cushion are used; these comprise our logistic system. In a market where quality comes first and customers are always right, we wish to show our determination, in a brand new look, based on quality service and technical management, and backed by our staff, in upgrading custom satisfaction as well as attending to public health.
